Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of miMind Premium subscriptions and one-time premium upgrades ("bundles") offered by CryptoBees LLC. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a subscription or bundle, you agree to the terms described below.

Free Version First

miMind is available as a free version on all supported platforms. We strongly encourage you to try the free version for as long as you need to confirm that miMind meets your requirements before purchasing a Premium subscription or a one-time upgrade.

Subscriptions

miMind Premium is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. When a subscription renews, the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for the applicable plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund Eligibility

Because subscriptions and digital upgrades provide immediate access to Premium features, purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in this policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including situations such as:

  • an accidental or duplicate purchase reported promptly;
  • a subscription that renewed unintentionally and was reported within a reasonable time after the renewal charge;
  • a technical issue that prevents you from using the Premium features and that we are unable to resolve.

Refunds are not typically granted for change of mind after Premium features have been used for an extended period, or for requests made long after the charge date.

How Refunds Are Processed

The way to request and receive a refund depends on where you purchased your subscription or upgrade:

  • Apple App Store (iOS & macOS): All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. Please request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or via your Apple account settings. We are unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
  • Google Play (Android): All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google. Refunds are subject to the Google Play refund policy. Please request a refund through your Google Play account, or contact Google Play support. We are unable to issue refunds directly for Google Play purchases.
  • Windows, Linux, and Web: These subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests for these purchases can be made by contacting us or Paddle directly, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

For purchases we are able to refund directly, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made more than 30 days after the date of purchase may not be honored, except where required by applicable law. The time it takes for a refunded amount to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

Taxes

Where a refund is granted, any taxes collected (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules of the processor or reseller handling the transaction.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where such laws provide you with rights that exceed those described here, those rights will apply.
